<p>This Sunday, head to the Rangoli Metro Art Center on Mahatma Gandhi Road and take home traditional artwork and handicrafts from ‘Art for People’, an artisans’ festival, at affordable prices.<br /><br />More than 200 established, rural and amateur artists, from Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu, will take part in the event, which will begin at 9 am and continue till 8.30 pm. Oil, acrylic and watercolour paintings, home decor, fine art, functional art, handmade jewellery will be on display. <br /><br />Balaji Margonda, assistant curator, Rangoli Metro Art Center, said they intend to conduct the festival every month to help artists reach out to people.</p>
