Various civic agencies of Bengaluru, including BBMP, BWSSB and BDA, will have to submit a comprehensive compliance report to the National Green Tribunal (NGT) regarding its direction in the Bellandur lake case.
The NGT has asked civic agencies to file a compliance report on Wednesday in terms of the directions it had passed on May 4, 2016, based on a petition filed by Forward Foundation, Citizens’ Action Forum and others.
The NGT has also directed the project proponents Mantri Techzone Pvt Ltd and Coremind Software and Service Pvt Ltd to file compliance reports in its March 20 order.
