Results of CBSE Class X exams to be announced tomorrow

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will declare results of the class X board examinations on Saturday.

“The results will be announced tomorrow before noon,” a board official told DH.

A total of 7,81,463 students were registered for the school based board examinations of Class X (optional board examinations) this year while more than 8.86 lakh students of Class X were registered for the external board examinations.

As per previous years, this year also the CBSE will be hosting the board examinations result on the internet with the technical support of the National Informatics Centre (NIC).

“The students can access their results through visiting the websites—www.results.nic.in, www.cbseresults.nic.in and www.cbse.nic.in. The result can also be accessed through search engine www.bing.com,” the CBSE said in a statement.

The schools will automatically get the results of their students on the email d’s registered with the Board.

“The result will not be available in the Board premises and the public is advised not to visit the Board’s office for collection of results. The process of verification (of marks) will be displayed on the CBSE’s website shortly,” the statement further added.
