Man hacked to death by nephew

To avenge his mother’s death ten years ago, a youth, with the help of his friends, hacked his 48-year-old uncle on Wednesday.

Jayaram M, the deceased, who owns a water purifying plant in Hennur near Maruthi Bar, was hacked to death at his plant by his nephew Rajesh Gowda and his three associates Naveen Kumar, Mohan and Raju alias Yogaraj.

The Hennur police have arrested the four. Preliminary investigations revealed that Rajesh Gowda’s mother was killed 10 years ago over a property dispute with Jayaram, her younger brother.
