Gang of 7 held in honey trap case

Bagalagunte police have arrested a gang of seven, including a 19-year-old girl, for robbing a man by honey- trapping him.

Police said the gang members Divya, Tilak, Lokesh, Madan, Manjunath, Kiran Kumar and Sumanth Kumar trapped a private firm employee to come to Bagalagunte to meet Divya.

Robbed at knife point

They abducted the victim, when he came to the place in his car and robbed him of his wallet containing cash, four debit and credit cards and two mobile phones at knife point in an isolated place. They also assaulted the victim.

The police are questioning the gang members to know if they were involved in any other case.
