Afsar Pasha (45) of Haidarinagar succumbed to injuries sustained during a fisticuff. He was allegedly assaulted by his neighbours. He died on way to the hospital, police said.
Police have arrested Chand Pasha, his wife Mobeen, and their children Abdul Kareem and Abdul Razaq. Apparently, the families of Afsar Pasha and Chand Pasha had a dispute over sharing of water from the public tap. What started as a mere arguement ended up in exchange of blows between Afsar Pasha and others.
