JOIN USSahyadri College of Engineering and Management, Business Administration Department will conduct the Grand Finale of 'Sahyadri Whiz Quiz' 2018 on March 9.
Addressing reporters in Mangaluru on Tuesday MBA Department Director Dr Vishal Samartha said that 7000 students from 60 degree colleges in Dakshina Kannada, Udupi, Kodagu, Uttara Kannada, and Kasargod district have taken part in the quiz. Out of these, 950 students will take part in the finale.
The event will be inaugurated at Sahyadri campus at 9.30 am. HDFC Business Head (Karnataka and Goa Kamakaya Prasad Aggarwal will be the chief guest. E&Y Associates LLP - Financial Accounting Advisory Services Director Pradeep Suresh will be the guest of honour.
The winners will be awarded cash prizes Rs 25,000, Rs 15,000 and Rs 10,000 as first, second and third prizes respectively.
Sahyadri Whiz Quiz 2018 convener Prof Gayatri Shetty, deputy conveners Prof Ramesh K G and Prof Padmanabha were present in the press meet.
