B'pet farmers leave for organic agri meet

The farmers are taking part in the convention of organic farmers at Kudalasangama on Sunday.

Chinnada Beedu organic community has arranged for the buses.

Former president Dr A P J Abdul Kalam, Union Minister for Environment and Forests Jayaram Ramesh and Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa will take part in the convention, Dhananjayakumar said.

Bharatiya Kisan Sangha president Chandregowda and others were present on the occasion.
