HR personnel in celebration mode

The National Human Resource Development (NHRD) Network, Bangalore Chapter hosted their 24th annual day in Bangalore drawing out the hidden talents among the HR Personnel among their nearly 1,000 member-companies.

It was a day out for the HR personnel in Bangalore with many a people showing their talent for dancing, singing and mimicry at their annual day gala. But it was also work for some others who showcased their company’s achievement in establishing a unique HR policy.

Presiding over the event, HR Carnival, incumbent president of NHRD Network, Bangalore Chapter, Harish Devraju said the event served as a platform this year for nearly 13 companies to showcase their unique HR attempt within their company for the rest of the members. “Ultimately it is all about networking for the members of the NHRD,” said Devraju.

The event also marked the felicitation of their past presidents who were the “architects” of the NHRD Bangalore Chapter. NHRD Network in the City completed 24 years of existence, a year behind the 25th anniversary of the All India NHRD Network organisation. At the all India level there are nearly 8,500 members in 30 different chapters across the country.
