MLI score big win over RBI

Ganesh Patel started the goal fest for MLI rather late in the 32nd minute. Praful chipped in with second five minutes later. Vijay then got into the act, sounding the board in the 45th minute. Cyprian Ekka made it 4-0 in the 51st with Praful completing his brace in the 55th minute.

Sunil Kumar netted MLI’s sixth goal in the 59th minute. Krishna Patel (61st, 62nd) compounded RBI’s misery by adding two more goals in the space of a minute to complete a resounding win.

RM School win

In the Dr GS Randhawa Memorial inter-school hockey tournament, Rashtriya Military School registered a resounding 9-0 win over BEL School, while Kendriya Viyalaya and St Germain HS played out a 1-1 draw.

Results: Rashtriya Military School: 9 (Vivek Giri 9th, Sambav 10th, 23rd, 30th, Vinay Kumar 19th, 50th, Rajit Kumar 33rd, 35th and 47th) bt BEL School: 0; Kendriya Vidyalaya, NAL Campus: 1 (Revanth 21st) drew with St Germain High School: 1 (Milton 47th).
