BJP stages stir over bad roads

The protest was led by BJP standing Committee President Acchayya. They shouted slogans against the administration of Gram Panchayat. 

Addressing the protestors, Gram Panchayat former president Lokesh said the villages continue to suffer from severe shortage of drinking water in spite of river Cauvery flowing near the village. The roads have developed potholes, causing inconvenience to the travellers.

“The Gram Panchayat should solve drinking water problem at the earliest. If they fail to solve the problem, then we will stage protest by locking Gram Panchayat,” he warned.
