'RTI activist was not thrown out'

 In a release, the KIC said, RTI activist Nagesh had demanded information about a property. When the hearing was on in the Commission’s court hall, Nagesh started banging the table. At this point, the Information Commissioner asked him to vacate the court hall. As Nagesh did not listen to the warnings, he was taken out of the court.

The Commission said that it had high regard for the RTI activists as they were spreading awareness on the Right.
