The victims are Bernard Bumagartner (66), a German, and Maxine Zeripsky (70), a US citizen.
Both of them were heading towards Panaji from Sagar. The duo sustained critical injuries and were hospitalised in Sagar. However, they failed to respond to the treatment and succumbed to the injuries.
