With this, all help will be provided for the construction of buildings for schools along with other basic facilities.”

“The government aims at bringing about integrated change in the education through new education policy. We will collect the opinions of primary schools teachers, high school teachers and education experts.”

The new transfer policy will be implemented from the next academic year to overcome the loopholes in the transfer of teachers.

Barring few confusions in teachers’ transfer counselling, the counselling went on smoothly this year. However, to put an end to all the confusions over transfer, new transfer policy will be implemented.

Teachers play a role in instilling discipline in children.  Corruption has entered even the education sector. Law alone can not check corruption in the country. Various organisations should also guide the elected representatives.

There was no scarcity of talents in government schools. However, such talents are being devoid of opportunities. There is a need to identify the talents and honour them, Bopaiah said.

MLA M P Appachu Ranjan and Speaker assured to help complete the Kodagu district High School Headteachers and Composite PU College Principals Association building. Association Vice-President Siddalingaswamy and others were present. State-level awardee B R Joyappa was felicitated on the occasion.
