<p>The First Additional District and Sessions Court has acquitted three persons, who were facing the charges of murder.</p>.<p class="bodytext">The court has acquitted Imran, Siddiq and Abdulla, who were facing the charges of murder of a scrap dealer Abdul Rashid.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Other suspects Abdul Rashid’s wife Nasima and Mohammed Ali are absconding.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Another suspect Salim has died.</p>.<p class="bodytext">The prosecution has failed to prove the charges against the arrested, said the judge.</p>.<p class="bodytext">It is learnt that Abdul Rashid and his wife Nasima did not have cordial relation.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Nasima had accused her husband of mentally and physically harassing her and was demanding Talaq. Nasima reportedly had an affair with one Imran of Udupi and had paid a supari of Rs 50,000 to murder her husband.</p>.<p class="bodytext">The police who probed the case had filed a charge sheet against Mohammed Ali, Salim, Abdulla, Siddiq and Imran.</p>.<p class="bodytext">As many as 36 witnesses had deposed before the court. Having failed to prove the charges, the court acquitted the trio.</p>
