3 men end lives in City

 Three men have ended their lives in the City since Friday.Ravikumar, 36, a lab technician with Sagar Appollo Hospital, Bannerghatta Road, was found hanging at his house near Geeta Ashrama in Bapujinagar on Saturday morning. He was married to Kalavathi ten years ago. 

The couple had two children.Ravikumar, who had been to his relative’s house in Chandra Layout along with his wife and children, left them behind and returned home alone on Friday night.

When he did not answer any calls on Saturday morning, his wife rushed home only to find him hanging from the ceiling fan in the hall, Byatarayanapura police said.

‘None responsible’

Ravikumar has left behind a death note stating he alone was responsible for his death and even apologised for his decision.

While the note was silent on the reason for his decision, his wife Kalavathi said he was suffering from severe throat pain for the past few months and was treated at a private hospital. He had not disclosed what the doctors had told him of his medical condition.
Otherwise, he had no reason to end his life, she added.

Clerk dies

In another incident, Bhagyaraju, 30, who was found in an unconscious state by the public at the Byatarayanapura burial grounds on Friday afternoon, died at Victoria Hospital after a brief battle for his life.

A clerk at a private firm on MG Road, Bhagyaraju is said to have consumed poison.
He was living with his family in Chamarajpet, Byatarayanapura police said.

Lingaraju, 30, a plumber and resident of Kottigepalya, was found hanging from a tree beside the Okalipuram railway line.

Residents who saw the body alerted the police on Friday night.
Seshadripuram police retrieved the body and have registered a case.
