Congress MLA D K Shivakumar will take oath of office as MLA on Thursday, a day after the Legislative Assembly adjourned sine die.
He is scheduled to take oath at the office of Speaker in Vidhana Soudha in the morning. He is cut up with his party for not making him a minister. But he has not aired his anger in public. A couple of days ago, KPCC president G Parameshwara met the MLA and suggested him to complete the constitutional obligation.
