DSS to stage stir on Feb 13

Alleging that poor quality of food is supplied to students at Sarpanahalli Morarji Desai Residential School, the Dalita Sangharsha Samiti will stage a protest in front of the Chikkamagaluru Zilla Panchayat on February 13.

Speaking to reporters, K P Rajarathnam, DSS district convener, said that the leftover rice in the night is served in the morning for the children. The food chart fixed by the state government are not followed in the school. Poor quality of food is served to the students.

He accused the school principal of abusing the caste of the children.
