<p>Bengaluru: The Karnataka government on Tuesday requested the High Court not to reveal its report pertaining to the stampede outside the M Chinnaswamy stadium until the Inquiry Commissions conclude the inquiries. </p><p>A division bench comprising Acting Chief Justice V Kameshwar Rao and CM Joshi adjourned the hearing to Wednesday.</p><p>The bench was hearing the suo motu public interest litigation (PIL) registered on June 5, a day after the stampede incident, that left 11 dead.</p><p>During the hearing, senior advocate S Susheela, assisting the court as amicus curiae, submitted that the report submitted by the state government cannot remain in sealed cover. </p>.Prima facie RCB is responsible for the gathering: CAT blames IPL team for June 4 stampede.<p>She said that the report does not fall under the category of national or state security-related documents.</p><p>Senior Advocate S S Naganand, appearing on behalf of one of the impleading applicants, said that the state government’s report was in response to the nine questions posted by the court and the same cannot be kept in a sealed cover. </p><p>Advocate General Shashikiran Shetty submitted that since the inquiries ordered by the state government, both the magisterial and the commission of inquiry by a retired high court judge, are in progress, two documents may not be made public for the time being. </p><p>He said that whatever is stated in those documents should not be allowed to be taken advantage of by the parties concerned at this stage.</p>
