<p>Mysuru: Former Chairperson of <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/tags/mysuru-urban-development-authority">Mysore Urban Development Authority (MUDA) </a>H V Rajeev appeared before the <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/tags/lokayukta-police">Lokayukta Police</a> in Mysuru on Wednesday in the MUDA site allotment case against Chief Minister <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/tags/siddaramaiah">Siddaramaiah</a> and others. </p><p>After three hour long enquiry, H V Rajeev told media persons, "They sought certain clarifications. I have answered all the questions." </p><p>"Since the officials had kept the proposal of allocation of sites to CM Siddaramaiah's wife before the MUDA meeting, it was discussed and decided. Siddaramaiah had not called us about this and he had not used his influence. It is not right to target CM's family unnecessarily. Sites were allotted on 50:50 ratio basis even before I was Chairperson. In certain cases, there was order by the court. The court has to say whether the allocation of sites on 50:50 basis was right or wrong. ED has not summoned yet. On September 25, a special court in Bengaluru for cases involving elected representatives, directed the jurisdictional Lokayukta Police in Mysuru to initiate an investigation against CM and others on the basis of a complaint filed by Mysuru-based RTI activist Snehamayi Krishna.</p>
