<p>Mysuru: Member of the National Commission for Women (NCW) Archana Mujumdar heard about 66 cases of women, which were pending with the NCW in eight districts of Mysuru division, on Tuesday. </p><p>Speaking to media persons, she said, "While there are about 40,000 cases pending with the NCW across the country, we are holding 'NCW-Aapke Dwaar Mahila Jan Sunwaayi' (NCW at your doorsteps) in all the revenue divisions, for their speedy disposal. In Karnataka we have begun with Mysuru division. We will hold it in all other divisions. In Bengaluru district alone, there are 258 pending cases." </p>.NCW report says 'complete breakdown of governance in Murshidabad, women in severe trauma' .<p>She added, "We are getting various kind of cases related to domestic violence, dowry, maintenance, sexual abuse, cybercrime, and workplace harassment. We are trying to resolve all issues collectively with coordination from officials of all departments - including police, women and child development, and respective district administrations. We are providing free advocates, through legal cells, for some. Women can approach the NCW on helpline or via email. We will take note of the cases within 24 to 48 hours and get the action-taken report from the officials concerned as early as possible. We are with the women who have survived injustice. They need not lose hope. Even when the cases are closed by the NCW, the women can reach them out at any point of time, until their issues are resolved."</p><p>Advocate Rupali Srivastava, Bipasha Baduva from Legal Services Authority, Mysuru DC G Lakshmikanth Reddy, SP N Vishnuvardhana, City Police Commissioner Seema Latkar, and Deputy Director for Women and Child Development Basavaraj were present. </p>
