IAS officers Hephsiba Rani Korlapati and Ujwal Kumar Ghosh entered wedlock in a simple ceremony at the sub-registrar's office here on Monday.
Udupi Deputy Commissioner Hephsiba Rani Korlapati is from Andhra Pradesh, while Upper Krishna Project (UKP) Commissioner (Rehabilitation, Reconstruction and Land Acquisition) Ujwal Kumar Ghosh hails from Jharkhand. Korlapati also worked as managing director of Hubballi-Dharwad Smart City Limited also till recently.
It is said that Korlapati and Ghosh had a simple wedding through registration and exchange of garlands.
