Maharashtra: Doctors strike over Covid service arrears

The new year at Maharashtra’s public hospitals is set to start on a bitter note as resident doctors go on strike from January 02.

The doctors shared that their several demands are not fulfilled by the government. The resident doctors demanded the creation of new posts for senior resident doctors and payment of Covid-19 arrears.
