Parliament Highlights | Both Houses adjourned for the day amid ruckus over HM's comments on Ambedkar
Ruling party MPs traded barbs with their Opposition counterparts in the Parliament on Tuesday. Union Home Minister Amit Shah attacked the Congress in the Rajya Sabha, saying that the grand old party treated the Constitution as the 'private fiefdom' of one family and 'played fraud' with Parliament as he concluded a two-day debate on the 'Glorious Journey of 75 Years of the Constitution of India.' Meanwhile, the Modi government might find it difficult to push the ONOE Bill to amend the Constitution to enable simultaneous elections in the country in Parliament unless it manages to convince some of the Opposition parties. Both houses of Parliament were adjourned for the day amid ruckus over Amit Shah's comments on Ambedkar. Thank you staying with us to track all the updates on Parliament proceedings.
