Vijayan plea to quiz Antony

 
The petition was filed by Vijayan’s counsel and former advocate general M K Damodaran soon after informing the court that his client could not appear on Thursday as he was undergoing treatment. Vijayan said that the contract for modernising the Pallivasal, Senkulam and Panniyar hydroelectric projects was awarded to the Canadian engineering company in 1995 when Antony was the chief minister. Vijayan is the seventh accused in the case.
