The Panchavarna Yuvaka Mandala will confer Panchavarna Rajyotsava Award on former minister and theatre artiste Umashree on November 4 at Kota.
The award will carry a cash prize of Rs 10,000, a silver memorial and a citation.
Mithrasangama of Gopadi Beejadi in Kundapur has been selected for the Panchavarna Special Award.
Three achievers will be honoured on the occasion.
