The government will open a one-month window to regularise housing projects that have been locked due to various reasons under the Rajiv Gandhi Rural Housing Corporation Limited, Housing minister U T Khader said on Monday. “There are about 69,000 cases across the state where beneficiaries who were selected to receive grants to build homes have been locked. Soon, we will announce a date following which they can apply to be unlocked within one month.”
Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy will lay the foundation stone for the construction of 60,000 homes under the “Mukhyamantri Vasati Yojane” in Hubballi on August 12, Khader said.
