<p>The Byatarayanapura police have prepared a B report within five days of registering a case against Water Resources Minister D K Shivakumar and others on charges of not clearing the advertisement hoardings.</p>.<p>On September 24, BBMP assistant revenue officer Muthuraj filed a case against D K Shivakumar and the police completed the investigation by September 29 and prepared a report saying, “There is no proof against D K Shivakumar. He is innocent and even the complainant has given the same statement.”</p>.<p>A police officer from Byatarayanapura told DH, "The banners are removed and the final report of the case was submitted to the court on October 4.”</p>.<p>The FIR lodged at Byatarayanapura police station stated: “Despite several notices to remove the banners put up at the property belonging to D K Shivakumar in Pantharapalya near Mysuru road, they have not been removed.”</p>.<p>Muthuraj told DH: “The police have prepared a B report and the banners too have been removed." The FIR was filed under the Karnataka Open Places (Prevention of Disfigurement) Act. When DH tried to contact Shivakumar for a comment, he was not available.<br /> </p>
