Gauri murder: Advance bail rejected to 4

The First Additional District and Session Court on Monday rejected an  application moved by four youths from Sullia taluk in connection with journalist Gauri Lankesh’s murder.

On July 27, the Special Investigation Team probing the murder of Gauri Lankesh, had issued a notice directing Mohan from Chantala, Yathish M from Dhinitalla Mogra, Yathish B from Kollamogra and Kumudaksha from Madappady Jalumane in Sullia taluk to appear before it for interrogation. The youths, fearing arrest in the case, had filed an application seeking anticipatory bail on August 7.
