The election officials seized unaccounted for cash of Rs 2 crore, being transported in a vehicle, at Manuganahalli checkpost in the taluk on Monday night.
The cash was being transported by two employees of DCC Bank from Mysuru to Periyapatna in a car. During the inspection, the officials found that the cash was without documents.
