Launching a tirade against former chief minister H D Kumaraswamy, Minister for Tourism, Ecology and Environment C P Yogeeshwara termed JD(S) a party of jokers.
Speaking to mediapersons on the sidelines of a programme in Mangaluru, he said: “Kumaraswamy’s party is like a joker. They will adjust with anyone, be it Congress or the BJP. The party has no morality and has lost all its principles. They jump to the side of those who give them an opportunity. Kumaraswamy is engaged in opportunist politics,” he alleged.
“As a chief minister, he spent his time lethargically. Now, he is visiting the constituencies and shedding tears. He visits people when not in power,” Yogeeshwara said.
"The majority of the BJP candidates will win in the Old Mysore area in the next assembly election. The JD(S) will lose its seats," he added.
