Ratna Prabha responds to Priyank Kharge’s barbs

Hitting out at Minister Priyank Kharge, K Ratna Prabha, the retired IAS officer who joined the BJP recently, on Saturday said, “If there were any lapses occurred during my tenure as chief secretary, was he (Minister Kharge) sleeping then?

She was reacting to Priyank Kharge’s statement that the lapses occurred during her tenure as chief secretary would be exposed if she continued to make charges against the Congress and its coalition partners.

“Being a Cabinet minister, he could have raised questions on lapses, if found. I have not committed any irregularity during my tenure as chief secretary. I did not say that there was no development during the Congress rule. I had said that the development works during the BJP government in the state happened at a brisk pace,” Ratna Prabha said.
