JOIN US24 nominations filed in DK LS constituency
As many as 16 candidates filed 24 nominations from Dakshina Kannada Lok Sabha constituency.
Tuesday being the last date for filing nominations, 12 candidates filed their papers.
Those who filed nominations were: Mohammed Khalid (Independent), Nalin Kumar Kateel (BJP) Sudarshan (BJP), Dominic Alexander D’Souza (Independent), Venkatesh Bende (independent), Sathish Salian (BSP), Abdul Hameed (Independent), Suresh Poojary H (Independent), Supreeth Kumar Poojary (Hindustan Janata Party), Vijaya Srinivas C (Uttama Prajakeeya Party), Supreeth Kumar Poojary (Loka Tantrika Janata Dal), Dr Deepak Kumar Coelho (Independent), Maxim Pinto (independent), Mohammed Elyas (SDPI), Shafi K (SDPI) and Mithun Rai (Congress).
The nominations will be scrutinised on March 27. The last date for withdrawal of nominations is March 29.
