Rain resumes in DK, intermitant in Udupi

Dakshina Kannada district received rain since Wednesday evening.

In the last 24 hours, the district received an average of 46.2 mm rainfall. Puttur taluk received the highest of 65.3 mm rain, followed by Belthangaday — 61.4 mm, Sullia — 57 mm, Bantwal — 31.8 mm and Mangaluru — 15.6 mm rain.

Udupi received intermittent rainfall. In the last 24 hours, Udupi received an average of 52.7 mm rain. Karkala taluk received the highest of 67.2 mm followed by Kundapur — 53.9 mm and Udupi — 37 mm.
