T Usman, Counsel for Madani said that his client has been given all the facilities as per the directions of the lower court as well as the High Court. “He has been given facilities like a wheel chair and has been allowed for medical treatment considering his health condition,” he said.
He said that he has been treated well by the Police by housing him in a room and providing all the necessities. He also said that there has been no bar in practising all the religious customs.
When questioned about his ailments, he said that he was subjected to medical treatment on Wednesday too.
On a question regarding the interrogation, he said that he is not aware of it.
When asked whether he was allowed to meet Madani, he said that the question does not arise as he has been granted the liberty to meet anybody according to his will. “ If he wants to meet any of us, that cannot be an issue,” he said.
