Seva Naik and Govind Naik - both onion growers and lorry cleaner Manjunath were killed in the accident. All three are aged between 30 and 35 years. Lorry driver Raghu, Ravi Naik and Yuvaraj Naik sustained injuries and admitted to Tumkur Hospital. All the six were travelling in the same lorry.
The lorry driver lost control of the vehicle and hit the parked lorry. There was nobody in the parked lorry. Traffic movement came to a halt for some time due to the accident. Police officials rushed to the spot.
