Triplet sisters—Sherona, Merlin and Sophia—have trebled the joy of their parents by securing almost the same score in the PU science exams, the results of which were announced recently.
While Sophia scored 550 marks in PCMB, her sisters Merlin scored 547 and Sherona 539. They studied at MES Pre-University College.
The girls said they always used to study together and discuss subjects with each other. They said they expected to score above 90 per cent and were happy to have achieved that.
While Sophia and Merlin want to study medicine, Sherona aspires to be an engineer. The girls had secured similar marks in SSLC too.
Their parents, Queeni and Edwin, are understandably elated at their daughters’ achievement.
