“It’s an episode”: Experts say banks show trust in Adani Group

The foundations of Gautam Adani’s sprawling empire have been shaken in the last few weeks. As Hinderburg’s report against Adani snowballed into a major row, speculations are rife over turbulence in market.

Amid this, Indian Economist Ved Jain stated, “It looks like one of the episode which has happened.” On the other hand, another Indian Economist Yamini Agarwal exclaimed that the banks also showed trust in the Adani Group. Moreover, Business tycoon Anand Mahindra also waded into the row amid showdown over allegations against Adani Group.

Taking the tweet, Mahindra Group Chairman exuded confidence about India’s economic aspirations. Amid political slugfest over Hindenburg’s allegations, Finance Minister has given a stern response. FM Sitharaman said that India’s position remains strong as foreign exchange reserves grew by 8 billion in two days.
