Congress cadres staged protest in Kochi against state government’s decision of imposing 2 rupees as a cess on petrol and diesel on February 03. Kerala state government increased the social security cess during state budget presentation on February 3. Kerala Finance Minister K N Balagopal on Friday presented the budget for the 2022-23 financial year in the legislative assembly today.
