A Karnataka-based man has developed a unique cap to beat the heat. The cap has a small fan that runs on solar power. It will be a great device to use during summer as temperatures in Bengaluru have been on the rise since March. Bengaluru's minimum and maximum temperatures on March 30 were recorded at 26° C and 42° C respectively.
