<p>International Atomic Energy Agency staff at Ukraine's Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant observed smoke rising from the administrative building, following reports of a fire near the cooling towers, Director General Rafael Mariano Grossi said on Tuesday.</p><p>"No radiation increase, no nuclear safety impact reported, and no casualties," Grossi said.</p> .<p>Russian state media cited the Russian-installed governor of Zaporizhzhia region saying it was a result of dry grass catching fire after shelling and that radiation levels remain normal.</p>
