Samosa vendors at cricket stadium detained

Two samosa vendors inside the Chinnaswamy Stadium were detained for getting too close to the boundary line of the field on Tuesday.

Khader and Naheem Pasha, residents of Bismillah Nagar in Bannerghatta, were taken to the Cubbon Park police station.

According to the police, they have valid vendor pass for selling the snack inside the stadium. But they are not yet let off, as the police are verifying with other staff at the stadium.

“We are also checking with the staff at the stadium and then they will be let off. We did not find anything suspicious. They just sell samosas.” the police said.
