Mass marriage today

Speaking to media persons here, Spokesperson of the organisation K M K Manjanady informed that as many as 5 poor girls will be married off on the occasion. The Nikah ceremony will be carried out by Sufi Sheikh C P Muhammed Kunhi at 10 am.

The organisers will provide 5 pavans  of gold to each bride, besides clothes for the bride and bride groom, the day’s expenses and food for the relatives.  The organisation has been in the arena of social service for the past 16 years, during which they have provided free education, food, clothing and health care facilities for above 1,200 students.
