Scholarships of Rs 1.25 lakh will be distributed to the meritorious students of Dakshina Kannada and Udupi district, he informed at a press meet on Thursday.
‘Monegu takka paterodchi,’ a Tulu drama will be staged under the direction of Devadas Kapikad at 6 pm on the day, he added.
