“All the misappropriations that have taken place in the City Municipal Corporation should be handed over to the Lokayukta for further investigation. So far the District-in-Charge Minister has not called for the district-level officials’ meeting to discuss about the loss incurred due to heavy rain and the amount of compensation to be sought. If the district administration fails to submit the report to the government within a week, a strong protest will be staged,” warned the leader.
