A toll-free helpline - 180-042-501-00 or 155365 - has been set up at the DGP Control Room, police headquarters No 2 on Nrupathunga Road for the convenience of the public.
Services on the helpline are available round-the-clock and identity of the caller will be kept a secret. The toll-free helpline is accessible to all BSNL users and other mobile/landline users within Karnataka State and also out of Karnataka.
