Yeddyurappa stressed the need for comprehensive economic and commercial engagement between the two country, according to a press release by the CM’s Secretariat.
“Increasing the exchanges in cultural and enhancing people to people contacts play an important role in strengthening the mutual understanding between the two peoples. We look forward to celebrating the festival of India in China and the festival of China in India”, Yeddyurappa said in his interaction.
The CM also extended an invitation to the Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress Wu Bangguo to visit Bangalore.
