Case booked against three

The Andersonpet police on Sunday registered a case against three persons for attempt to murder in the city on Saturday night.

Police have identified the suspects as Nayaz, Viji and Imraan.

The trio on Saturday night allegedly barged into the house of Mohammed, a resident of Masjid Road in the city and attacked him with lethal weapons following old rivalry, police said. The police are investigating the matter.
