<p>Jennifer Lopez's performance at the opening of India's Premier League was reportedly axed because of her diva like demands.<br /><br /></p>.<p>The 43-year-old singer is said to have insisted on a private plane and dozens of hotel rooms for her huge entourage, including her own stylists, assistants and chef for the opening gig, reported Sun online.<br /><br />"The demands were outrageous. She effectively priced herself out of the event. It was idiotic because the audience for this event is huge," a source said.<br /><br />The organisers have now roped in rapper Pitbull for the April 2 event in Kolkata which will also see Bollywood actors Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif perform.<br /><br />The newspaper quoted a Lopez spokesperson as saying that the singer turned down the deal because she was busy recording an album.</p>
