'I don't get shocked'

On being asked how does she react when she sees her son Saif Ali Khan and daughter Soha Ali Khan doing passionate scenes on screen, the veteran cinema personality says, “Then I don’t see the movie as a mother to them. I cut myself out completely and look at it from an unbiased viewpoint.”

“That way, I don’t get embarrassed or shocked to see them. I have acted for many years now and I know that sometimes an actor has to do scenes because he or she is required to do so for the film as the script demands it. I see my children’s performance in such scenes as their job.”
